This is the privacy notice for the Zastron Labs website. It is short and plain, and honest about the little we collect.
Who we are
Zastron Labs sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001250566), an independent product studio based in Warszawa, Poland. You can reach us at hello@zastronlabs.com.
This website
This is a static marketing site. It carries no advertising, sets no marketing cookies, and does no cross-site tracking. The fonts are served from our own site rather than a font CDN, so visiting these pages does not share your IP address with a third party for that purpose.
What we collect, and why
If you contact us. When you send a message through a form on this site, or email us, we receive your name, email address, and what you wrote. We use that only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. Form messages are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, acting on our behalf. We do not add you to a marketing list without your clear request, and we do not sell or share your details.
Visitor analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool, to see basic, aggregate traffic such as page views and rough visitor numbers. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. It is designed to need no cookie banner.
Where data is held
We are an EU studio and keep personal data within the EU and EEA wherever we can. Cario, our mobile app, is a separate product with its own in-app privacy information. Its data is stored in the EU.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
This is our initial notice. We will finalise and expand it as Cario launches, with review by legal counsel. The date above shows when it last changed.
